Shipping, refund, and replacement guidance for Heritage Forward Supply Co.

This policy is prepared for pre-launch review. Orders are not active until checkout links are configured and products are released.
Shipping
Once sales are active, orders are expected to ship to the address provided at checkout. Shipping timelines, carriers, rates, and available regions should be confirmed before launch.
Order processing
Processing timelines will be posted when inventory is available. Limited drops may have longer processing windows depending on production volume and fulfillment setup.
Refunds and returns
Final refund and return windows should be reviewed before launch. For small goods such as patches, pins, stickers, decals, keychains, and challenge coins, returns may require unused condition and original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a delivered item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact Heritage Forward Supply Co. with the order number and photos so a replacement or resolution can be reviewed.
